Abstract (EN)
This thesis introduces two pioneering innovations in automated cleaning machines, each targeting unique challenges to enhance urban sanitation systems. The first innovation presents a semi-automatic road surface cleaning machine that combines human labor with solar energy. This integration of manual operation and solar panel utilization enhances environmental sustainability and adaptability, particularly in areas with limited access to electricity. By reducing carbon emissions and improving operational efficiency, this approach shows promise for advancing urban sanitation systems. The second innovation is a multifunctional semi-automatic floor-cleaning machine designed to address challenges in developing countries. This machine features an automatic system comprising a camera, Arduino programming, and GPS, enabling autonomous operation to overcome cost barriers prevalent in these regions. Emphasizing low energy consumption and cost savings, the machine offers a versatile solution effective in various environmental conditions. The study involves market sampling for Semi-automatic Street cleaning machines with specific parameters to meet the needs of target markets. It includes creating detailed drawings and explanations for each component, employing mathematical equations to design the solar panel, and optimizing the machine's motor considering the specific operating environment. SOLIDWORKS software is utilized to execute comprehensive die designs for the machines, ensuring precision and functional performance. Furthermore, simulation within SOLIDWORKS is employed to test and validate the designs, ensuring optimal performance across diverse conditions. This process aids in evaluating the machine's efficiency, safety, and overall functionality. These innovations contribute to sustainable urban sanitation by providing advanced cleaning solutions that are energy-efficient and cost-effective, particularly in developing regions. By integrating solar energy, diverse cleaning capabilities, and meticulous design and analysis, this thesis represents a significant step forward in urban sanitation.
