Abstract (EN)

In the majority of buildings, the walls are preferred to isolate the spaces, isolate their usage areas from the external environment and infill walls for insulation purposes. Different methods are used in infill wall applications. Although widely used, the computational model of infill walls that can be applied in different ways, such as non-homogeneous, partial hollow, fully filled depending on the varieties in the materials, is complicated by the fact that it contains many variables. Therefore, infill walls are generally considered only as vertical loads in structural analyzes and are not reflected in the calculation model. The shear walls used for the infill wall can remove the center of mass and the stiffness center from each other, making the structure more rigid in most of the time. In the scope of the study, a semi-rigid method has been proposed for the purpose of infill walls. The behavior of concrete filled and reinforcement / stirrup bricks, which are defined as semi-rigid elements, have been investigated in this context. It has been observed that semi-rigid elements formed by reinforced concrete smallcolumn formed in the interior of the bricks used for formwork purposes exhibit better behaviors than hollow brick infilled system. In comparison with the strength and elasticity module, compared to hollow brick, compared to concrete and reinforced concrete, the results were lower.
