In the continuation of the work, decisions made in accordance with the expert reports have been made by the high court. It has been tried to show that the reports of the Higher Health Council, which is the official official expert, and which was previously referred to as the official expert, can be ignored by universities and university-affiliated institutes in our courts, for example, where various hospital views are kept in front of other competent experts.
