Abstract (EN)

This study includes quantitative analyzes of pesticide residues in various conditions of fresh fruit and vegetable products. The thesis consists of four parts, mainly. In the first part, vegetables, tomatoes, cucumber and eggplant vegetables were cultivated in the application area of the garden plants section of the Dicle University Faculty of Agriculture. The application of medicines was done before harvest and quantitative determination of active ingredients was carried out during in effect. In the second part, in total of 223 of active ingredients were analyzed in 7 different fruits and vegetables samples (tomato, cucumber, eggplant, pepper, grape, apple, apricot) collected from the manufacturer, 173 by LC-MS / MS and 50 by GC-MS / MS . We have examined whether the products have residue or not. The results were evaluated according to pesticide residue management. In the third part, some processes for reducing pesticide residues have been applied and analyzed for samples with pesticide residues. In the fourthand lastsection, the behaviors of pesticide agents in the artificial gastric environment were in vestigated with time and quantitativ eanalyzes were carried out. Analysis of pesticide residue in fruit and vegetable samples were performed by GCMS / MS and LC-MS / MS instruments. Optimization studies were performed on these devices and analysis validation parameters were determined. The LOQ values of 223 active ingredients were found to be 0.010 mg / kg and recovery efficiencies is 70-120%. In the scope of the study, the pesticide residues examined and detected in fruit and vegetable samples are as follows: Acetamiprid, Azoxystrobin, Chlorpyrifos, Difencanoze Imidacloprid, Trifloxystrobin in tomatoes; Acetamiprid, Chlorpyrifos, Dieldrin, Imidacloprid, Malathion, Trifloxystrobin in Cucumber; Acetamiprid, Azoxystrobin, Chlorpyrifos in piper; Acetamiprid, Imidacloprid, Trifloxystrobin in eggplant; Azoxystrobin, Boscalid, Difenconazole, Tebuconazole, Tridiamneol, Trifloxstrobin, Triticanozole in grapes;Malathion, Tebucanosole, Primicarb,Dodine,Acetamiprid in apricot; were determined. According to different chemical properties of the pesticide active substances have been determined to changes different amounts in the artificial stomach media.
