المقاصد الاقتصادية للبيوع المنهي عنها في الفقه الإسلامي

This thesis is prepared to clear the economical purposes which are are fulfilled when keeping away from sales which are prohibited by Allah and his messenger because the most economical problems faced by our society nowadays lie in their doing and dealing with prohibited deals and forbidden sales . We mention in first chapter : The essence of purposes in the Islamic Sharia and importance of their knowledge and we state the characteristics of Islamic economy and their general principles then the Islamic purposes of sales in Islamic Figh that include money keeping , installing , circulating it and justice in it . In second chapter we mention the forbidden sales as a text in Islamic fiqh and we clarify the reason of their prohibition is due to existence of usury in such sales as the six usury types , in-kind ones and other or to sell the items which do not belong to him such as dates sale before looking good , a sale and conditions and other , the harm may be the reason in prohibition as the man's sale against his brother's sale and receipt of rukban and some sales are forbidden due to a problem in it as wine , blood and dead animals …..where we allot at the end of each type of these four types a special request to display the economical purposes in them It is clear to us that keeping away from these sales lead to a lot of economical benefits including trade development , keeping money squandering , prices lowness . goods provision , production increase , hand power increase , reduction of poverty and crimes as theft , bribes and other ….
