Özet (EN)
During the studies of anesthesis doctors, there may be a lot problems due to the wrong schedule. So, multiple-criteria mathematical model is developed that anesthesis doctors will study at more suitable conditions and asistant doctors will have more equitable turn of duty. This study realised at two stages. At first stage, it is determined that at which week and howmany turns of duty each asistant will have. Furthermore at second stage, the asistant?s distrubition has been done to days by using the first stage?s results. Also, at the next period, this model provide us to equalize the injustice at the first period. The first aims for making this study are; to equalize the weekend turns, to provide the equalization of turns among personel, to adjust the turns according to seniority of personel, to distrubute the turns of different seniority asistant in a fair way. By the considering these aims, constraints are determined acoording to the needs of personnel and hospital and Schedule of turns has been arranged by using integer programming.
