Abstract (EN)

In this work, the re-production and and plastic perception which is in a close transformation relation with it, is researched. The basic phenomenons are being examined with the impulse of creation that was formed in the antiquity in relation with the concept of re-production This work consists of three main bodies. In the first part the definiton of re-production was focused upon and its relations with consumption and consumption society is discussed. Also in this part the state of re-production is being defined in the field of art by the limitations provided in this research. Also a general definition of perception was given and the relations between perception and re-production was formed and the transformations made to the memory by the means of re-production was determined. The process of re-production occuring on its own in the historical process of the classical plastic perception was focused in the second part. While doin this examination, the re-production of nature by imitation was focused, the methods applied by the process of producting a painting till the 19th century was refered and also via the relations between master and pupil the state of re-production in the painting of art was determined befor the 19th century. Also the relations between re-production and technical methods like Camera Obscura and printmaking was handled at the end of the second part. The third part focuses on re-production in the age of contemporary art. Forming a reason-result relation on the re-production of form and concept in art. Also a production method of 21st century; the digital area and the concept of re-production was examined and the work was concluded in accordance with an actual point of wiev on the concept of re-production.
