Abstract (EN)
In the field of Medicine and especially neonatal expertise (Neonatalogy), scientific, technological and structural changes in neonatal care are continuing. These changes, together with the holistic approach necessitated, complicated treatment procollarını, collaboration with multiple expertise and Neonatal Nursing Care Quality has revealed the importance of. The new information about the newborns and the development of the newborns starting in the mother's womb were monitored weekly and the patient studies in the field, clinic observations and information sharing were combined, the new developments were applied in the newborns with the newborns and the evidence-based assumptions in the framework of the principles were considered. In particular, the fetal development of the newborn has lost its validity due to the functional evaluation of the organs and the knowledge of "newborn does not hear pain" from the old information. The principle of individualized developmental care plan of the newborn, which is one of the principles of neonatal treatment procolette and newborn, has made it necessary to work with this principle in the physical, biological and psychologic studies of the newborn and its diagnosis. New data on pain in the newborn has been based on making new treatment and care plans in neonatal care. With these data, it was found that the newborn could hear the pain in the mother's womb. Advanced newborn pain studies and clinical symptoms of pain, pain-measuring scales, scales are now used in neonatal clinker for both physician and nurse care, behavioral, pain and other applications related to pain are indicated by general rules.
