Abstract (EN)
This research was conducted to determine the effects of green human resources management on green organizational behavior. As a result of the research, it is observed that studies on Green Human Resources Management in the tourism sector are insufficient and new research is needed in this field. In addition, with the tourism sector focusing on environmental issues and the adaptation of the green concept to human resources; How green recruitment and selection, green training and development, green wages and rewards, green performance management, and green occupational health and safety processes should be transformed were examined. Quantitative research method was preferred in the research, and the data was collected using the online survey technique, in line with the answers given by 403 employees. As a result of these researches, it is aimed to determine to what extent the effects of green human resources management on green organizational behavior of five-star hotel employees in Manavgat district of Antalya province. According to the information obtained as a result, it shows that the business strategies implemented by green human resources management in hotel businesses are largely effective in achieving green employee behavior. In addition, green human resources management in hotel businesses fulfills an important role in transforming the green behavior of employees into a sustainable workforce structure by creating environmental awareness among employees.
