Abstract (EN)
The Supervisors of an organization should benefit from human resources in the most effective way. This goal can be acvhieved through improving the performance (or keep a certain level at least) and upgrading the job satisfaction and emotional regulation levels. There are differences among organizations in terms of performance and the related literature indicates that the higher the supervisor support, the higher the performance of the employees. The related literature also indicates that the higher the supervisor support, the higher the job satisfaction and emotional regulation levels of the employees. The aim of this study is to explore if there is a statistically significant relation between supervisor support and performance, job satisfaction, and emotional regulation levels of the employees. And also the effects of supervisor support on performance, job satisfaction, and emotional regulation levels of the employees in the health sector (hospitals) will be measured through structural equation modeling. The sample of the study consisted of 699health sector employees in the Southeastern Anatolia Region cities of the Turkey.The findings of the study were evaluated analyzed through SPSS 18.0 statistical package program, using frequency, mean, t-test, one-way anova, and regression and correlation analysis. The level of significance was taken as 0,05. The result of the study reveals that there is a strong relation between perceived supervisor support, perceived organizational performance, job satisfaction and emotional regulation skill. It has also been found out that the perception of supervisor support, performance, job satisfaction and emotional regulation were/were not differs by the variables of gender, age, education, duration of employment.
