Abstract (EN)

Nowadays, the developments in the community also bring a change with it. In order to be able to adapt this development and change, educational institutions need to be strong. School administrators who manage administration process well and highly motivated teachers are required to achieve this purpose. On this account, we see the teachers?, who are the main elements of the institutions, motivation as an important aspect. Today, motivation is an issue which is used to increase the efficiency of people and on which studies are done. Many researches have revealed that there is a significant relationship between efficiency and motivation. The school success largely depends on administrators and teachers? efficient operation, too. When Contemporary educational systems are considered, an importance is given to the education of school administrators. Receiving management training is a vital point for school administrators who follow and supervise all teaching and the educational activities. Management is a process and do the activities carried out in this process affect the teachers? motivation as being practitioners and the most important part of our education system? If so, at what level do they affect? The aim of this study searching for answers to this question was to contribute the process of training of school administrators and to develop the manager-the teacher relationships. At the end of the study, our findings suggest that when the direct relationship between them is considered, there is an obvious relationship between the teacher?s motivation and school administrators? behaviours in sub-factors i.e. decision-making, planning, organization, communication, influence, coordination and evaluation. But when the overall effect of the school administrators? behaviours in sub-factors of administration process (decision-making, planning, organization, communication, influence, coordination and evaluation) is considered, a meaningful relationship between the teachers? motivation and the school administrator?s behaviours during organization, influence and evaluation processes (factors) has emerged.Key Words: Administration, Administration Process, School Management, Motivation.
