Effect of participating in the managemant of job satisfaction: Application in Denizli textile sector

Today?s enterprises are running global markets where consumer preferences are changing rapidly and competition is increasing. Enterprises directed on new searches with the changing conditions, and they came to the conclusion of human factor?s being a very important element. In order to reach their aims they directed on satısfaction of workers and their being qualified to speak in the management subjects.Knowledge and creativity becomes a very important issue in our period when we are in communication era. Bureaucratic management method has left its place to participating management method and workers are encouraged to participate in the management. Thus a more satısfaction athmosphere was created for workers in psycholoqical aspect and this enables a more qualified and productive protuction.The main goal of this study is searching for the effects of worker?s participating in management. In this aspect, in the first part jop satısfactıon term, ın the second part the term of participating in management, ın the third part the relation between job satısfaction and the fourth part on the created model, the effect of the participating level of worker?s on job satısfaction was tried to be measured during the application. Inquiry application was applied on worker?s in Textile Sector. To analyse the hypothesis, regression test, t-test and anova analysis were used to show the results and possible solutions were suggested relatively.Key Words: Jop Satısfaction, Participating in Management.
