"Rising walls" the new security concept of states as a result of the changing concept of war after the Cold War

In this study, the walls of the three countries built on their borders and their impact on the three other countries were examined. These countries are the United States, Turkey and Israel. The countries where the wall is built are Mexico, Syria and Palestine. As it can be seen, it's either a problem from the past, or the current and recent years of refugee influences, drug and terrorist acts are coming to us. The earlier parts of the study has been investigated how the wall again which is of understanding new security on the agenda. War and security have also been transformed along with changing world order but the result of these transformations has not been able to change security measures. One of the reasons behind this security measure is psychological situations from the history of the states. The states are building walls on their borders, put forward such as terrorism, drugs, human trafficking. These walls also preventing refugees and asylum seekers from passing through. In particular, the walls have been seen as a solution to the growing refugee crisis in recent years. Governments spend millions of liras on these walls. In the study, the dates on which governments began to build these walls will be written based on the history of each country itself. The study will also address issues such as terrorist incidents, refugee crises and drug trafficking in countries. It has also been investigated how international law and media bodies communicate them, how they hurt the people of the masked and knittedcountry. The study examined the concepts of war, then security and walls. In each section, the concepts are examined in detail. English and Turkish sources are used.
