Effect of zeolite tras and fly ash on production of standart biricks

Used in Agricultural Buildings around Keşan The objectives of this study were to investigate the physical and mechanical properties of raw materials and bricks produced around Edirne and their suitability to the standards and to suggest guidelines to improve the quality.In this work, production technologies, market state and economy of the biricks at Trakya Region was investigated. During this work, birick production companies was interviewed, information about their production was taken and observing of the production facilities were taken. The physcical and mechanical properties of the biricks produced at Trakya Region and the biricks that comes from other regions are compared. The origin of the biricks at was produced at Trakya Region was appeared to be limestone biricks. According to these results export of the biricks was produced at Trakya Region is very low when compared to the biricks, come from other regions. Generally the biricks produced at Trakya Region are used in this region and biricks are requested in Turkey.
