Mental training techniques are generally used with physical training, especially are widely used in upper age groups. Mental training techniques do not require a physical effort. This study was conducted with 5 players between the ages of 15-16 playing in the league. The average age of these players was determined as x̄=15,4±1 years. Collective efficacy scale and personal information form were apllied to the participants. During the research SPSS programme was used to analyze the collected datas. Additionnaly, a five-week mental training programme applied to the participants. As a result of mental training exercise, no statistically significant difference was found before and after mental training techniques were applied. In addition, the difference between the pre-test and the final-test values in the collective efficacy scale scores applied was not statistically significant (p>0,05).
