1883-1884 the explanatory index for Ma'mûratü'l-Azîz newspaper and its evaluation

Ma'mûratü'l-azîz Newspaper that had held the name of Elazığ in the relevant period, and had started to be published in October 5, 1883 and had continued publishing after the foundation of the Republic had been one of the longevous newspapers in Anatolia. The newspaper that had pursued publishing activities with interruptions had continued to be published after the foundation of the Republic and had been published until 1935 with the name of Elaziz after the Alpabet Revolution. In this regard, Ma'mûratü'l azîz Newspaper represents an important source of work to be done in the late Ottoman state as well as studies related both in the field of history as the Republic of Turkey and the eastern province of Elazig. Ma'mûratü'l-azîz newspaper published in the period of the republic are just copies of the Grand Assembly of Turkey in the library. This collection comes with a number of which were published between the years 1883 to 1884 only. In this study, Ma'mûratü'l-azîz Newspaper collection of 1883 - published between 1884 annotated index of the number 65 was carried out and evaluated.
