Parliamentarian of Kütahya at the Turkish National Assembly between 1923 and 1950 and their political faalities

ABSTRACT The subject of the thesis has been determined as the "Parliamentarian of Kütahya at the Turkish National Assembly between 1923 and 1950 and Their Political Faalities." İn this thesis first the concept of the parliament has been defined. Then, in general, the evoluation of the parliamentory system in the world and the Turkish history has been stated. The thesis is consist of seven legislation terms of the Turkish National Assembly between 1923 and 1950. In this period the information about fortytwo parlimantarions who were elected from Kütahya has been given and their analysis and assessments have been done. The proportion of region origin of the parliamentarions, their aducation levels, their professions and their parliament experiences have been established and evoluated. This work bases on the cronological order of the parlamentarions and their facilitices at parliament in their legislation terms have been stuided. This facilites are classified under the headlines of education, law, revolutions etc. In every legislation term. The speech texts of the parlamentarions have been sorted out in their titles and also their short interparations have been done. Thus the contributions of the parlamentarions to the improvement to their own regions and the whole country have been expressod.
