Abstract (EN)
Democrat Party has diverged from the way which has been followed by Republician People's party. It has espacially paid attention to middle east region, yet more this party put its stand as it was central country of the region in case of Soviet danger. In accordance with this aim, the party has attempted to make an allience with western countries such as USA and United Kingdom however, while support was aimed to get from Arabian countries, the polich went vice versa and international and regional relationships of the country badly deteriorated. To get research the mass communication tools of a community make to portray the Standart of judgement principles for this community possible and play a significant role at revealing the socio cultural and socio political approaches of the community and this shed light inside of the erat to be examined on a large scale as well. In this thesis the longstanding importance of middle eastern countries on the Turkish media was set to presented objectively.
