Relations between Turkey and Montenegro after year 2006

The paper gives an overview of historical relations and in the same time shows the establishing steps of political, diplomatic and economic relations between Montenegro and Turkey, just like as vision and effective strategy of improvement according to European and two sides initiatives and tendenties. The establishing of diplomatic and economic relations demands multidisciplinary access to establishment of existing infrastructure, with the aim to provide better access to current state, just like the more easier and effective use of two sided recources. Effective improvements demands appropriate funding mechanisms for short time and long time period. Economic diplomacy is the main part of modern diplomacy. All together with the business people, diplomats aim to find new business and investment possibilities in foreign markets, to protect the interests of their domestic economies abroad and attracting foreign direct investment to their country. Economic diplomacy is also researched throw analize of costs and benefits. From the economic aspect, financial parameters, (signed contracts on implemented investment projects, planned projects in the future, the signed agreements and contracts in any sphere of life (political, economic, cultural, religious, etc.)) of the analyisis show that investment in this project is justified and acceptable. In the paper is also analyzed improvement and implementation of relations between Montenegro and Turkey, just like long-term characters projects of special social significance. Special emphasis and support is given to entrepreneurship, investment, culture, with an emphasis on cooperation between the public and private partnership as the most efficient business model improvements.
