Abstract (EN)

Temporary relationship through Private Employment Agencies (PEA) is one of the flexible forms of work that occurs when three different parties are together. In this form of work, there is a contract of employment between PEA and the employee. PEA transfers the employee who has a contract of employment to employers who have borrowed them. In our country, the temporary employment relationship through PEA has entered into business life with the amendment made in law number 6715 dated May 20, 2016 and the article 7 of the Labor Law No. 4857. With alteration made in the article 7 of the Law number 4857, it has been regulated that under which circumstances and periods a temporary employment relationship through PEA will be established and connot be established, but some aspects are left incomplete. Moreover, it is seen that the time limits for the implementation of the temporary employment relationship through PEA are not clear and there is no regulation in the law regarding the termination of the said working style. In this study, it is aimed to examine and evaluate these aspects within the scope of Labor Law No. 4857. Keywords: Labor Law, Private Employment Agency, Temporary Employment Relationship
