Abstract (EN)

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of vaccine on the yield and quality of open-breed peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) belonging to Solanaceae family. The study was carried out in 2017 under the conditions of low-temperature, high temperature Isparta province in open field conditions. Efil F1 commercial pepper varieties were used as inoculant and F1 cultivated pepper varieties as rootstocks. In this study, plant age and dry weight, body diameter of plants, plant height, earliness, yield per plant, fruit diameter, stem length of fruit, fruit bellows, fruit thickness and fruit weight parameters were examined. As a result of these investigations, no statistical significance was found. But there are differences between the findings. As a result, total yield, fruit thickness, fruit weight and trunk diameter were affected by vaccination. In terms of yield, the combination of Efil F1 / Strong F1 vaccine with pepper was found to be 12% more efficient than control plants. This group was followed by the combination of Efil F1 / Efil F1 vaccine. The lowest yield was Efil F1 group to the theoretical result.
