In the analysis of the data, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used as one of the normality distribution tests and parametric tests were used as normality assumptions were provided as a result of the analysis. The independent sample t-test was used to compare the averages of the 2 independent groups, and the One-way ANOVA test was used to compare more than 2 independent groups. Levene's test for homogeneity of variance for Anova homogeneity of variance test and is provided for group differences (p≥ ,05) Tukey HSD and LSD, homogeneity of variance is achieved (p< ,05) Tamhane, multiple comparison test was used. Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used in the reliability analysis of the scale. All test results were evaluated at the 95% confidence interval and december 05 significance level. According to the findings of the study reached the Afghan workforce unemployment, low wages, work, inability to pay rent, not getting their salaries on time, not getting enough food, exclusion, physical violence, discrimination, adequate to get an education, social and cultural adaptation, and it was determined that motivasyonsuzluk face problems such as discrimination.
