The education and problems of girls in Afghanistan (For the example of the Tomb-Istanbul city)

After the invasion of the USSR, the Afghanistan state did not achieve political stability, and chaos and war always prevailed in the country. This irregularity continued after the US occupation, and instability and irregularity revealed the inability to implement integrated and systematic education policies within the borders of the country. This situation has led to educational problems in the country in general. The problems in general education have not been able to train competent staff who will lead the social, economic and cultural development of the country, and they have not provided the desired and expected contribution to the transformation of traditional values and mentality. While modernity-based contemporaneousness prevails in most parts of the world in the globalizing age, it is observed that a mentality based on traditional lifestyle is still dominant in Afghanistan. The interactions in various contexts of those who migrated to many countries of the world due to the ongoing instability and wars in Afghanistan with their relatives staying in Afghanistan, and the communication and interaction with relatives outside of Afghanistan different origins that make up Afghanistan's ethno-demographic the traditional structure and lifestyle of Afghanistan people It has also revealed tendencies to question or change. In this study, the educational problems of girls in Afghanistan in terms of educational sociology are discussed in the example of Mezar-i-Sharif. The data of the thesis were collected using techniques such as literature review, survey and interview. The obtained survey data were analyzed in the SPSS program. In the thesis study, the problems identified in the sample of Mezar-i-Şerif were categorized, their reasons from a sociological perspective were analyzed and interpreted. In addition, solutions have been developed in line with the reality of Afghanistan to solve the related problems.
