Ahmet Kabaklı's literary historiography

Ahmet Kabakli, has an importance for latest Turkish culture about his ideas and works. He has written about political and social subjects. But the most important was Turkish literature. We examined his literary historiography by the help of five books of him, which is called Turkish Literature.The entrance of our work has two parts. In the first part; we examined the literature in civilisation and culture, literary history and literary historiography. As we accepted the literary history and literatual historians are branches of literature. We confirmed Ahmet Kabaklı's literatual historian part. In the first part we talked about Ahmet Kabaklı's biography. In this part which has nine sections, we explained his childhood, his business life and his business about Turkish culture. In the end of the part we listed his books and we put his biography which is in chronogical system. The second part has three sections. We talked about his book's period, which is called Turkish Literature, a set work, from the beginning of his writing to the end. And we also talked about his style. In the third part we examined Turkish Literature. This section is the basic part of our work. Also we examined Ahmet Kabaklı's literary historiography style. We determined his book's subjects, his book's quality and his style in four main titles.This book comes from the earlier times of Turkish literature and reaches to the 90's, includes all the literatural periods. With the literatural text examples the book helps us about the application of the theory, and becomes different from other many literary history with it?s characteristic specialities.
