An investigation between domestic violence and style of anger-trait

The purpose of this study is to invastigate between domestic violance and anger-trait styles.The sampling of resarch is consisted students whoose age between 14 and 18. To determine was Domestic Sitoation Survey with the students whether expose to domestic violonce or not; State Trait Anger Scale was used to determine their anger expression styles. Obtaining findings shows that high school students who expose to domestic violance or not anger and anger expression style in case of continuous gender and class; some significant differences were found. Subscale scores at anger and anger expression scale shows that there are no diffrences according to gender. The adoslecents who expose to domestic violance had high scores from anger inward, anger out and anger trait subscales except anger control subscale according to other adolescents who don?t expose to domestic violance. At the same time there was a significant difference on the trait anger subscale scores according to their scores.Key Words: Family, Domestic Violence, Adolescence, Anger, Anger Trait Styles.
