Relation Between Organisational Culture And Teaching Attitude Of Teachers Working In Anatolian High Schools Case Of FatihThe summarySchool is an organisation where culture is obligatory. (Bursalıoğlu, 2005s.33)Why are some schools preferred primarily by students while some others are not? When I try to find what makes these organisations different from others I found that it was organisational culture. So I decided to search such a new subject which hasn?t been worked on so far and to prepare a thesis on the effects of attitudes of teachers in Anatolian High Schools in Fatih during the process of creation of such a culture and how can be mentioned about the existence of a culture.Research has mainly five headings. The Introduction section of the thesis has the problem, hypothesis, the goal of research, importance, limitations and concepts related to the subject. In the second section, literature is mentioned. The third stage includes the environment of the research, how I gained the datas and worked up them, statistic information about the research. The fourth section is about findings, and the commendation of datas. The fifth section is about consequences and recommendations.At the end of the research it was found out that there is a negative relation between Teaching Attitude Inventory and Hypothesis Related to Social Environment, a subdivision of Organisational Culture InventoryAnother consequence from the same research is the longer years the teachers work the more passive culture they approve. It has been obtained that there is a negative relation between the democratic and disciplinary attitude of the teachers and hypothesis related to social environment.On the basis of there is a negative relation between teaching which is a dynamic profession and organisational culture we can say that in schools there is a strong , open to renovations and active culture.Key Words: Organisational Culture, School Culture, Attitude, Teaching, Teaching Attitude
