Work satisfaction of psysical training teachers at puplic and private high school's in Ankara

11 ABSTRACT The evolution of the social responsibilities shows parallelism with the structuring and growth of productivity factor and manpower is one of the most important items of this productivity factor. The impulse of the technological progress does not cause the declin of the human factor,on the contrary, it raises the importance of it. Human factor effects on the productivity potential of the organizations positive or negative for this reason a successful organization should have skillfull, educated, interactive and gualified personnel being happy with their jobs also. It is clear that for the success of an organization the employees should be satisfied with their jobs. Personnels having job satisfaction mean the success of the organization. The impartonce of education in the development of the Society can not be ignored. To be able to reach the informative society the role of eucation and teachers should be well understood. While creating the modern society, the physical education and sport play a very importance role in the sacial life of people. For this reason the required importance should be given to the physical education teachers. This study was contucted among physical education teachers selected from 212 public secondary schools and 49 private secondary in Ankara,namely in Çankaya, Keçiören, Etimesgut, Batıkent Yenimahalle, Altındağ and Mamak provinces. In this study the MSQ survey was applied and the data collected was analyzed with "SPSS for windows 5.01 Statistical Analysis Package" performing "t Test Freguency and X2" technigues. The aim of this study is to determine the job satisfaction level of physical education teachers working at public and private secondary schools.At the end of study,it was seen that the satisfaction of physical education teachers working at public school. But, it was determined that the two groups have reached work satisfaction.
