Abstract (EN)

The research was carried out in Isparta University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture and Akdeniz University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture, Tissue Culture Laboratory. In the study, it was studied to reveal the effect of antioxidants used in genotype and nutrient media in obtaining haploid plants through anther culture in pepper. In this context, the oxidative that will occur in the anther tissue by separating the filaments from the anthers by using combinations of different amounts of zinc, salicylic acid and vitamin C in nutrient media to increase the success rate of 4 different varieties (Three nose, Buket, B22 and B23) belonging to the stuffed peppers. By preventing the perception of stress, its effect on androgenesis in three nose and stuffed pepper types was investigated. After the buds collected in the experiment were subjected to cold application at 4oC for 24 hours, the anthers were tested in 7 different combinations of Murashige and Skoog (1962) basic nutrient medium. When the results of the study were evaluated on the basis of cultivars, embryo formation was observed in all cultivars (except Bouquet). In terms of embryo formation of antioxidant compounds (Zinc, SA and C vit.) Added to the nutrient medium, O6 (50 mg / l C vit.) Gave the highest results in B23 and Three nasal genotypes and this medium was O4 (6.4 mg / l Zn), O5 (25 mg / l C vit.), O3 (1.4 mg / l Zn) followed nutrient media. In the study, all of the embryos (excluding the bouquet) obtained from the control medium containing only 4 mg / l NAA + 0.5 mg / l BAP in MS basic nutrient medium turned into a plant. In terms of genotypes, B23 varieties gave more successful results than Three nose, B22 and Buket varieties. When the findings related to the ploidy level were evaluated, it was determined that 43% of the plants developed from embryos obtained from B23 and Three nasal cultivars had haploid chromosome structure.
