The subject matter of the thesis is, the legal situation of the third party, who acquire the rights from the contract of construction for condominium. The thesis consists of three parts.In the first part of the thesis, the contract of construction for condominium, of which the acquisition of the third party is based on, is researched. With respect to the research, the forms and the consequences of the acquisition of rights of the third party are determined.In the second part, the grounds and the consequences of discharge of the contract of construction for condominium are evaluated. At first hand, the consequences of the discharge of the contract of construction for condominium, regarding with the ground of default of the contractor , which is frequently seen inappliance, is taken into consideration. Furthermore, considering the form of acquisition of the third party, the issue of acquisition of the third party is also emphasized. At second hand, the effects of the impossibility of performance to the acquisition of the third party are determined.In the third party, after evaluating the term of form and the invalidity of the contract of construction for condominium, the situation of how an invalid contract with the ground of lack of form can have the consequences as a valid contract is determined and the consequences of the said situations in terms of third party are stated.
