Abstract (EN)

Property Rights, European Convention on Human Rights and Article 1 of the Additional Protocol of the kind that supply increasingly important in secured and captured the information age is right. European Court of Human Rights the right to property quaranteed by the Convention on the rights of both the positive and negative obligations of signatory states will be protected they are promising to be respected. Otherwise, according to the Convention, every real or legal person claiming to be a violation of property rights has the right to appeal to the court provided that the exhaustion of domestic remedies. This study, the first of which is the point of view of property rights in the European Convention on Human Rights have been addresses in a comprehensive manner. As well as in the world of real people and our country it is reviewed explaining the most common intervention faced precedents for intellectual property rights. If examined in accordance with the case law is determined by the court to bear the conditions specified in the contract of these interventions it was observed to be considered legitimate.
