SUMMARY In our global world in which competition is its highest point and even the world's largest companies which can't keep in step with changes and devolopments, market concept comes very close to us. The companies which has reached a certain work capacity at present markets try to increase their work capacities and keep their vitality on the one hand by developing new and different product and service and on the other hand by continuing the market searching at underdeveloped countries which hasn't been discovered yet and has large population density and underground richness. As a result of quickly widening of globalization concept and development of telecommunication and media; advertisement world has reached an increadible dimension that, this has caused cultural intraction between countries. This situation plays an important role on consumer behaviours take on shape. The reality is, all the economical works'aim is to develop underdeveloped countries. Besides the characteristics of these contries like; low national income level, primitive and traditional agriculture, weak substructure, low education level, insufficient grass national product make underdeveloped countries a serious Market for the others. Socioeconomic situation of the country will change in a positive way with the movement of capital foreign investor. Developed country companies who are in search of new Market should describe Market surroundings very well, they should identify marketing programme, analise consumer tendencies and with the result of all these, decide on property, service, estimating price and distribution canals. One of the most important part of all these works is planning of active presentation activities which will be used at first. Sudan is a place that is underdeveloped as means of development and progress but with its large and productive earth, dense population, geographically being in the middle of Africa and %1 0 growing rate per year, make it a new and attractive place for being a Market.Due to the fact that Sudan and our country have common historical and common religious values; Sudan goverment has provided extra opportunities to Turkish entrepreneurs. Besides the Turkish entrepreneurs' technical information, ability and experiences are the facts that increase opportunities of working and trading at Sudan. The commercial relations, which started with an agreement signed at Ankara on 05 July 1980, haven't come to wanted dimension in our day. China, Canada and Maleysia companies, which discovered the work opportunities at Sudan years ago, have the largest work capacity nowadays. Urbanization projects like road, bridge and residence building; energy projects which are due to petroleum and electric; arrival project due to sea and air transport like mining agriculture and stock raising, food, telecommunication and engineering and consultancy service sectors are developing in Sudan and these sectors are presenting important cooperation oppurtunities. If we know how to profit from existing big oppurtunities and advantages that are presented our country, by preparing short, middle and long term politics as being both companies and government, it will be possible to take the largest part from Sudan Market and the other Markets like Sudan and as a result, it will be possible that our country to enter among world leaders.
