In this study, it was aimed to compare the psychological well-being levels of fathers and the problem solving skills of their children who are educated at primary education level. In addition, these concepts were compared with some demographic variables and the difference between them was tried to be determined. The universe of the research consists of the students who attend Toros College located in Mersin province Yenişehir district in the 2019-2020 academic year and the fathers of these students. The sample of the study was determined by convenience sampling method. As a result of the study, fathers with low income were less satisfied, fathers with 0-10 years of marriage had more negative emotions than those with more years of marriage, meaning they were less satisfied, working fathers were less satisfied than non-working fathers. and fathers with three children are more satisfied than fathers with fewer children. In addition, it was observed that the self-control scores of children with working fathers were higher than those with non-working fathers, and the children of fathers with a marriage year of more than 16 years had higher confidence scores than the children of fathers with less marriage.
