Starting from the problem situation of how a teaching model to be presented in order to provide effective and permanent learning in the teaching of the beginner level zeybek plectrum style, the research aims to provide an effective and permanent learning on this subject by presenting an education and training material for the teaching of the zeybek plectrum style, and also to shed light on the teaching models to be developed for the teaching of different plectrum style in baglama. In this direction, semi-structured interviews were provided with 10 teachers who teach baglama lessons in fine arts high schools, and the current situation in the teaching of beginner level zeybek plectrum style was tried to be described in these institutions. In the light of the data obtained, the exercise and etude production phase, which forms the basis of the teaching model, has been passed. The 83 exercises and 6 etudes presented in the study were produced with reference to the 6 basic zeybek plectrum style note sets in the "Fine Arts High School Instrument Training Baglama 11" book. The exercises are prepared on the basis of applying the notes in the plectrum note sets to more than one fret. However, within the principle of easy to difficult, these sets of notes were gradually increased, starting with the same notes. The etudes, on the other hand, were prepared to include each of the 6 set of notes. The experimental process of the research was designed with a single-group pre-test-post-test design, the study was carried out for 7 weeks, 2 lessons per week, with 4 students studying at Mersin Nevit Kodallı Fine Arts High School in the 10th and 11th grades and whose equivalence status was determined by the readiness test. Lessons and tests are recorded with video so that the assessment can be healthy. At the end of both courses, a weekly course evaluation test was made and the change in the students' zeybek plectrum style and performance skills levels was monitored throughout the process. At the end of the experiment process, the students' pre-test, post-test and retention test evaluation results, which were carried out 2 months after the post-test, were compared and it was checked whether there was a significant difference between them. There are 4 study groups in the research. The first study group consists of 10 teachers who were interviewed to determine the current situation of teaching zeybek plectrum style in baglama lessons in fine arts high schools. The second study group consists of 2 instructors related to baglama whose expert opinion was taken for the interview form with the teachers and the exercises, etudes and works prepared. The third study group consists of 3 instructors related to baglama who provided expert opinion to the pretest/posttest/permanence test, readiness assessment and weekly course evaluation forms and also filled these forms. The fourth study group consists of 4 students from 10th and 11th grades studying at Mersin Nevit Kodallı Fine Arts High School, where the experiment was conducted. At the end of the study, when the evaluation data of the pre-test, post-test and retention test were examined, it was observed that there was a significant difference between these tests. From this point of view, it has been concluded that the teaching model presented within the scope of the research makes a significant contribution to the development of the students' zeybek plectrum style performance skills.
