The extraction and evaluation of hadits in the commentaly of Ebussuûd Efendi titled Irshad al-aql al-Salim ila Mazâya al-Kitâb al-Karim (Specific to surah al-Fatiha and Bakara)

In this study, the hadiths in Ebussuûd Efendi's commentary titled Irshad Al-Aql Al-Salim İla Mazâya Al-Kitâb Al-Karim (specific to Surah Al-Fatiha and Bakara) were analyzed and evaluated. Ebussuûd Efendi is a great person who practiced as Şeyhülislam during his lifetime, made a name for himself with his scientific studies and left his mark on his era with his fatwas. The commentary written by such a person was also valued and respected in the scientific community. The fact that he is a scholar who left his mark on a period and that no work has been done on the work has led us to this study. For this reason, the narrations in Surah Fatiha and Bakara (Volume 1) of this work have been examined. In the introduction, the importance of the research, the aim of the research, the method followed in the research, the life, scientific personality and works of Ebussuûd Efendi are mentioned. In the first part, the narrations in the Fatiha Surah are analyzed, and in the second part, the authenticity and authenticity of the narrations in the Al-Bakara Surah are made. At the end of the chapter, the hadith usage method of Ebussuud Efendi, whose narrations were critiqued, was emphasized.
