Application trial of 360 degree feedback process as a performance evaluation model in 5 star hotels

Ill ABSTRACT Organizations are tend to use their sources efficiently not only to contend with their rivals but also have a good position in the sector by increasing their market positions as well. In order to manage this, they should give more importance to human resources. In tourism sector, where labour is intensive, current performance, of human power should be known. So far, traditional methods have been used to measure performance, however, today there are new approaches to do this more objectively. One of them is 360° Feedback. In this study, 360° Feedback, which appraises human power performance highly and multi dimensionally and offer a wide point of view to managers, has been dealt with. Furthermore, one could have various kinds of information about his/her own performance in this model with the help of feedback. Moreover, the applicability of this model in hotel organizations has been researched after 360° Feedback has been studie3d theoretically.
