Primary health services, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and motivation of an application on

This work depends on my Istanbul Provincial Health Directorate of Health within Bahcelievler Health Group, serving in the Presidency of health personnel, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and motivation of the model is meant to be. Research was conducted with survey methods. Application in Health in Istanbul Bahcelievler covers all personnel who served. Personnel distributed 164 survey, 117 returned questionnaires were available. Return rate was 71%. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 15.0 package program. At the end of the study, analysis and test results were examined and these results were in line with suggestions.Key Words: health, health services, health and organizational commitment, job satisfaction, motivation.
