Regional development of thermal tourism on the effects of local activities: Example Mudurnu

In the world and in our country rapidly developing tourism sector, has also increased the positive and negative effects of it. In this study thermal tourism, whose importance is increasing in the world day by day, the impact on the local community and economic share in the region's development has been investigated. The first part of the study consist of a qualitative research of secondary sources of literature. In the first part of the study, practice interviewing techniques from primary sources with data obtained after than the survey technique has been applied to the local community. As a result of this study; active thermal tourism facilities has an important placefort he development of the region. At the same time tourism's, social, economic and environmental effects has been observed that positive perceptions by the people of the region.
