Evaluation of self esteem and mental health in woman who make a career

Women are supposed to maintain multiple tasks simultaneously like being a housewife, a business woman or a mother as pursuant to the social roles assigned to them. In particular, family responsibilities of woman cause more roles conflicts in family and work. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the self esteem and mental health in woman who makes career and to compare these issues between working and non-working women. The sample of the study consists of 52 working women in different sectors and 48 non-working woman. Key Words : Working Woman, Job and Family Conflicts, Depression, Self Esteem, Non-working Women
