Workers i̇n burnout and organizational commitment (Tepebaşı Oral and Dental Health Hospital sample)

In most private employees working in health care is the concept of burnout, causes, prevention, coping and also the dimensions of organizational commitment is to examine the importance of adherence to the organization. Source scanning technology and survey methods were used in this study. Maslach Burnout Inventory and Allen and Meyer analyzed the data obtained was interpreted by Organizational Commitment Scale. In the first part of the study, based on the definition of Maslach burnout: emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal were investigated, including a reduction in the feeling of accomplishment. In this context, the causes of burnout, and coping with the consequences has been mentioned. The second section, Allen and Meyer's organizational commitment based on the classification of affective commitment, continuance commitment and organizational commitment were examined under three headings, namely, normative commitment. Finally Tepebaşı Oral and Dental Health Hospital in field studies, which concluded that the most experienced burnout and emotional exhaustion dimension of social evaluation was made according to demographic characteristics. Although most preferred emotional commitment to the commitment in terms of emotional commitment in health care organizations were low, with high continuance commitment. The emotional commitment, impact on emotional exhaustion that was found in the opposite direction, it was observed that there is a positive effect of continued commitment.
