Mobbing and job satisfaction of the relationship between the working life, public establishment of a practice

Although the presence of mobbing and business life in our country, we felt in the last two-year period and has been involved in the definition of literature by different names not be made in full. The resulting increase in social problems, rather than competition between the polarization and the power struggles of the people in enterprises to increase the employee's workload and stress levels rise suddenly changes to the institutions and the inadequacy of the law, unlike everyday conflicts adverse effects on the climate of the organization's employees continually and systematically on the mental attitudes and psychological problems, an emerging problem. Competition resulting from globalization, workers put pressure insistent manner, that bothers them, feared phenomenon of mobbing and, accordingly, decrease job satisfaction, various problems arise. Situations such as job satisfaction and absenteeism reduction of transfer of staff is important for governments to reach heights of the society, and the individual's health and well-being of the organization subject to the obligation to combat issues have gained importance. In this study, tried to determine the relationship between job satisfaction and mobbing. Thesis consists of three parts. The first section describes mobbing definition and applications. The second section describes the definition and content of job satisfaction. In the third chapter of the relationship between job satisfaction and the practice of mobbing in working life. To this end, public institution operating in the service sector in the province of Istanbul, 310 employees completed the questionnaire.
