This thesis is about investigation of the explanation of the book of al-Zamakhshari (Al-Kalim al-Nawabigh)by Abu Bakr bin Umar al-Jurumi, who died (1203 AH) who named his explanation:" Al-Hikam Al-Rawabegh sharhu Al-Kalim Al-Nawabegh", It is one of the good literary commentaries that explained the book of Imam al-Zamakhshari by shedding light on the literary, linguistic, grammatical and rhetorical aspects in it in a simple, clear and concise manner that he adhered to from the beginning of the explanation to its end. The study followed several approaches in investigating the manuscript: the descriptive-historical approach when studing the scientific biography of Al-Jurumi, the translation of Al-Zamakhshari and describing his book, the analytical approach when analyzing the author's approach to know his method of explaining the text, as well as standing on the sources from which the commentator inspired his linguistic and intellectual thoughts, while indicating his originality, and the critical approach when standing on the author's omissions. As for the investigation and commentary approach, it is in the investigated text. the most important findings of this study are the following: The commentator - Damad Zadeh - was distinguished by a literary sense and smoothness of style, in addition to his avoidance of strange words and strange structures, and the large number of sources that he used in his explanation gave his book a scientific value. Al-Jurumi was very interested in highlighting the rhetorical meanings that were included in the text of Al-Kalim Al-Nawabegh, in an enjoyable, comprehensive, and non-detailed manner reling on Ibn Al-Khatib in his book (Rawd Al-Akhyar), but this did not diminish the linguistic and literary ability of him. His explanation also included the behavioral values and moral ethics in which Al-Zamakhshari spoke, and Damad Zah expanded in explaining and clarifying them, and clarifying the meaning intended by Al-Zamakhshari. He referred to many intellectual, doctrinal and jurisprudential issues, avoiding sectarian differences, whether those related to belief or jurisprudence, rather, he merely presented his opinion and belief, and then mentioned the relevant references. From the entirety of his explanation of the book of Al-Zamakhshari, it is clear that the author is one of the mystics who are far from heresy. But he is criticized for relying on hadiths without verifying the degree of their validity as long as they fit the context of the speech. In general, the book is one of the interesting explanations and interesting literary texts that discipline behavior.
