Abstract (EN)

Budget for the financial and social areas on the property that economic policy tool, reflecting the social and economic priorities of the government and their needs are prepared in accordance with the law by using the political process. Budgets, countries are texts that provide information about the current financial economic and social situation. Gender equality should be developed as well as developing countries budgets along with the globalization process has begun to bring a new perspective within the perspective. Because the elimination of gender inequality has now become a global destination. In light of these developments also become experienced gender-sensitive budgets in Turkey, to get the social equality of women and men, and they began to discuss the forefront of efforts applied make-up. This thesis on gender-sensitive budgeting concept in the work, and how this process in Turkey with world application that works and how it reflected in the budget process, those made towards making more gender sensitive budget policies and issues that need to be done are discussed. In this context, given information about alternative budget implementation in the first part, the second part, general and theoretical knowledge about gender-sensitive budgeting discussed, the third and last part, gender-sensitive budgeting to investigate the feasibility for Turkey and the decisions taken in this direction is given to studies.
