Abstract (EN)

The number of patients with myocardial infarction and angina pectoris and the burden of disease is increasing in both developed and developing countries, depending on the comparison of the quality of life of the societies and the healthier aging, and the increase in life expectancy. Myocardial Infarct and Angina Pectoris affect individuals' physical and mental health in many ways due to the limitations it brings to human life. These patients apply to health institutions more frequently, have repeated hospitalizations, and start the struggle for life with this disease. It is an essential step in treating individuals subject to this disease to make lifestyle changes and practice healthy lifestyle behaviors. WHO states that more than three-quarters of all deaths from myocardial infarct and angina pectoris can be prevented, and healthy lifestyle behaviors can improve quality of life. It can be prevented by reducing factors. Unhealthy lifestyle behaviors; It causes metabolic and physiological changes such as hypertension, overweight or obesity, diabetes, and elevation in blood two lipids and causes damage to the cardiovascular system. According to the results of our study, we presented the results of comparing the quality of life of individuals with this disease according to different categories.
