The effect of COVID-19 period conditions on teachers' job satisfaction: Review on the province of Izmir

One of the most important sub-elements of life is work. The most basic element of a worker for a person is his/her job. With the Covid-19 Epidemic, changes have been experienced in the world and we are stuck on the job today. With the epidemic, it was thought that it was hosted on it from outsiders. The biggest application that has emerged in the education sector has been the transition from face-to-face education to distance education. The online education application has effects on both sides for different purposes in education, which is a bilateral activity. In this thesis it's about showing work on Covid-19, that is, thinking about working on it. Positive/negative changes related to work, which are considered to be successful in the literature in the literature, are quite successful in general work. In order to plan this effect, one of the qualitative methods, the interview technique is tried to be applied in İzmir province. The field of the thesis was female employees, 20 teachers were interviewed in İzmir, 10 (5 female employees and 10 (5 male) special personnel. On the interviews with the teachers, face-to-face, since the work is thought about the real data related to Covid-19. In the evaluation of the general work in the course of the epidemic, the basic basic elements of home can be listed as mixing from the general practices of private lessons and jobs, from private lessons and jobs in general, to online review of all their works and future goals.
