In addition, bed capacity, hospital occupancy rate, and general and private hospitalizations were included in the analysis as control variables. Examples of this study are two public hospitals and two private hospitals. SPSS v.25 analyzed the data using a free sample T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) for paired groups of groups of three and above. Multiple regressions were analyzed to validate the research model and the hypotheses developed by the researcher. The purpose of this article is to focus on the impact of human resource capabilities in evaluating company performance. There are not many studies in our country looking at the impact of human resources management on perceived organizational performance, organizational commitment, and employee satisfaction with work in health services. Therefore, it is not known exactly whether there is an effect or if there is an effect, in what direction it is. With this article, we ask that play part in bridging this gap in the field.
