Abstract (EN)
The Covid -19 epidemic which began at the end of 2019 and spread all over the world in a short time has made remote work that become widespread with the improvements in technological opportunities, a necessity rather than a choice for companies and employees. The new conditions brought by this sudden change in working life have enhanced the significance of the notions of work-life balance and commitment to the organization, which are determinative in the success of companies. The aim of this reseach is to determine the connection betweenthe remote work, work-life balance and organizational commitment in the Covid-19 process. The sample of the study consists of the employees of a media group operating in Istanbul. The research was made by using a questionnaire on 258 media workers between May-June 2021. In the study, it has been determined that there is a positive and important connection between the work-life balance and level of commitment to the organization. It has been detected that remote work has a partially positive effect on work-life balance. It has been observed that individuals who constantly work from home have better work-life balance than individuals who never work from home. It has been determined that 'Work-Life Harmony' increased the commitment to the organization.
