Abstract (EN)

One of the biggest factors in the continuation of the tradition of minstrelsy is the issue of raising apprentices. Prospective (Apprentice) minstrels who travel to learn the tradition from a master suffer from various difficulties, sometimes even have to decamp to this training due to material impossibilities. One of those who has this opportunity is "father-son minstrels." In this study, individuals who are examples of father-son minstrels will be examined with emphasis on Sebahattin Ikan in love and Korkmaz Ikan in love with his son.
