Abstract (EN)
In our study, we aimed to compare with today's significant metabolic disease that leads to adipose tissue visfatin secreted from the handball sport in which men and women in training before and after taking the blood pressure measurement laboratory findings. For this purpose, Dicle University Faculty of Physical Education and reading the sports section and 12 female, 8 male athlete of the 2-week comparison of plasma visfatin level handball match before and after the scheme was taken blood samples and samples with the school's handball team athletes were kept in the study terminated until the physiology laboratory. However, the age of the subjects before and after training, including training in order to compare the physical properties, weight, height, waist circumference, neck circumference bkı and body fat percentage were measured. According to the survey, the average age of the subjects 21,65▁(+) 1,79, average height is calculated as 169,25▁(+)8,16cm. The subjects of average weight prior to training 59,80▁(+)9,41, after the training 59,20▁(+)8,89; The average waist circumference of before training 69,35▁(+)6,93, and after training 68,95▁(+)6,56; hip circumference average before training 93,35 ▁(+) 4,34 after the training was calculated as 92,95 ▁(+) 4,12. However, the average body mass index before training 20,70 ▁(+) 2,24 and percentage of body fat average after the training is calculated as 24,45 ▁(+) 4,10; And after training with these values as 20,54 ▁(+) 2,03and it was changed to 23,55 ▁(+) 4,37. All of the changes that occur before and after the training is statistically significant (p <0.05). Plasma visfatin the average of prior training 7,43 ▁(+) 2,49ng / ml after training 5,09 ▁(+) 2,81ng / ml; eotaxin before training average of 70,03 ▁(+) 18,11pg / ml, after the training 60,66 ▁(+) 20,60pg / ml were measured. changes occurring in the plasma visfatin and eotaxin value is statistically significant (p <0.05). The gender of the subjects; Of training after plasma visfatin, before training eotaxin, body weight in training before and after training both before and after the body mass index, body fat percentage in training before and after pre waist circumference and training in training before and after statistically on the hip circumference is creating significant effects. Plasma visfatin value of athletes only meaningful in a way predicted by eotaxin. The value of eotaxin-owned neck circumference and pre-training of the subjects in a meaningful way by the plasma visfatin yordanırk, the value of owned eotaxin after a workout with a single predictor of plasma visfatin belongs.
