Abstract (EN)
In this research study, the impact of transformational leadership to strategic management is aimed to be analyzed. Transformational leadership and strategic management are very significant subjects. It is observed that successful companies place a great value on these concepts. Moreover, if normal companies dont pay enough attention to these subjects, vital consequences could be encountered. In this study all these factors are analyzed in detail. In this research, a total number of 403 people were surveyed in this companies Zirve Harita Inşaat in Istanbul and Lokman Ecza Deposu in Antalya. For Analyses, SPSS22 and AMOS24 programs were utilized. Frequency and frequency percentage values were used. The distribution of the variants were controlled bye skewness and kurtosis measures. The correlation between the variants were studied by Pearson Correlation and Hierarchical Regression analyseses.
