Abstract (EN)
In this study, op.23 d minor Piano Concerto of Edward MacDowell was analyzed a long with a brief research an American music history. In the first chapter the research method was explained. The second chapter details lice and works of Edward MacDowell. The third chapter includes structural analysis of Edward MacDowell' s d minor 2nd Piano concerto. The aim of this study is to provide a resource to those who would like to study or learn an important concerto or piano literature by structuial analyses of Edward MacDowell d minor 2nd Piano Concerto. This study will contribute to the research field on American music and concertos.
